Tim Jones – Managing
Director

Tim is a co-founder of PEC Projects Ltd and leads the company’s strategic direction and daily operations. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Tim has a background in project management for both private and social housing developments. 

He is passionate about delivering quality homes on time and on budget. Tim oversees all projects at a high level, ensuring our work aligns with client expectations and regulatory standards. His hands-on leadership and commitment to excellence set the tone for the entire team.

Sean Ryle – Project
Manager

Sean heads our on-site operations, coordinating contractors and managing the build process from start to finish. He brings 15+ years of experience in residential construction and refurbishment. Sean is known for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. 

He works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to make sure each phase of construction runs smoothly. From initial groundworks to final finishes, Sean’s focus on safety, compliance, and quality guarantees that our projects meet the highest standards.

Kerry Parradine – Office & Compliance Manager

Kerry ensures the business runs like clockwork behind the scenes. She manages administrative functions, client communications, and compliance documentation for all projects. 

With a strong background in construction compliance and office management, Kerry keeps our projects on track with paperwork, permits, and scheduling. She is often the friendly voice our clients hear, providing updates and coordinating meetings. Kerry’s organisational skills and knowledge of regulations ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, and every project meets required legislation and quality benchmarks.

Gareth Pearce – Director

Since starting the business in 2008. Gareth has been at the forefront of the business, driving PEC Projects forward. Developing and diversifying the business to meet our customers and clients’ demands and has been pivotal in our quest to evolve into a well-established building and management company.

With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and running a successful sub-contracting business for the past 17 years, Gareth has vast experience in all aspects of design and build projects, from pre-construction to the commercial aspects of each job.
His dedication and professional approach have quickly been recognised, and customers and contracting companies have come calling. Gareth continues to go above and beyond to ensure our clients and customers always benefit from his tenacious approach, which doesn’t matter how big or small, get treated with the same approach and respect.
High Health + safety standards on our projects make the difference between a good day and a bad day. Being safe is of paramount importance to us at PEC Projects and it is critical that our employees, supply chain, clients, customers/end users and community we are working in are 100% safe.
Gareth is very much hands on with all aspects of the company, carrying out designs, attending meetings, marketing and branding, estimating, health and safety and whilst overseeing all aspects of business operations Gareth’s key strength lies in supporting the front of house team in nurturing all key, strategic business relations whilst providing vital support in pre-construction stages of each project

Jack Cartwright – Finisher

Jack is a valued member of PEC Projects’ site management team, working on the finishing stages that bring projects over the line to the required standard. He plays a hands-on role in ensuring quality, attention to detail, and consistency across site delivery. 

Jack supports the wider team in meeting programme deadlines and upholding PEC Projects’ commitments to clients through reliable, practical execution on site.
